Criteria for determining the order of candidates
The order of candidates for enrolment in the first year of bachelor academic studies is determined based on the GPA obtained during secondary education and the results achieved on the entrance exam. GPA achieved during secondary education is counted by multiplying the sum of the average grades from all four years of secondary school by the number 2, whereby the maximum number of points that the candidate may acquire is 40. The results achieved in the entrance exam have a maximum of 60 points. The maximum number of points that a candidate can acquire during ranking is 100.
The candidate who has won, as a third or fourth grade student, one of the first three prizes in a national competition organized by the relevant Ministry or in an international competition in Mathematics, Physics or Informatics, shall not take the entrance exam. For such a candidate, the maximum number of points is assigned for the entrance exam.
Students who have passed the entrance exam in Mathematics at engineering, mathematical or other related technical faculties founded by the Republic of Serbia shall have their entrance exam results accepted and those students can enrol in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Kragujevac without retaking the entrance exam.
A candidate can be enrolled at the cost of the state budget if he/she is on the ranking list up to the number approved for the enrolment of candidates at the cost of the budget and has more than 51 points.
A candidate can be enrolled as a self-financing student if he/she is on the ranking list up to the determined total number of students and has at least 30 points.
Candidates are obliged to adhere to the established enrolment deadlines. If a candidate who has acquired the right to enrol does not enrol within the stipulated deadline, the Faculty shall enrol the next candidate, according to the order on the final ranking list, within the period determined by the Call.
